Wizard World comic con indianapolis came and went. I expected it to be pretty dinky but i managed to sell roughly a hundred bucks worth of stuff, which is WAY more than what i expected. Everybody around me made proportionately around the same. Plus I met some pretty cool dudes that've been doing the comic thing for decades, like Joel Adams the guy who did character design for King of the Hill for the first three seasons, and a Burmese guy who goes by Buzz
www.justbuzz.com/ he's pretty hilarious and really talented. and fucking NEAL ADAMS of whom I've been a huge fan since I was a kid. These guys were in tables right next to mine and they gave me all kinds of advice and encouragement. Made me feel really special - like never have a depressive episode ever again special. all I can think about now is making more art. Because honestly, who cares if they're deep, they're just comics.
